I don't know if I got really lucky but I had a wonderful experience with this company.I wasn't feeling well Sunday I woke up feeling Monday much worse and in order to make sure I could go back to work ASAP, I immediately looked into options in my area found this one online, used their online booking system which was really easy to fill out and had an appointment which I was eligible for for free which is even more amazing. They were curious and polite and professional and I even got my results before they told me I would even get them which was amazing so I could go back to work. Thank you so much
Very quick results and excellent communication throughout the entire process. All appointments were booked out for over a week and I was able to get on their short call list and got in sooner. You don’t have to get out of your car and remained parked until you produce the amount of saliva needed for the sample.
I already reviewed a few days ago but now I have more glowing comments! These folks are just plain awesome. I have had the BA-5 Covid variant for 11 days now and it is really hanging on…I was somewhat desperate for my results today and they moved heaven and earth to get them to me. It was truly above and beyond; because I really should have paid to get them on the same day. I cannot thank all of you enough for your kindness, professionalism and efficiency. I am truly filled with gratitude that you are here in our town and doing such an amazing job!!! These folks are THE BEST!!!
I received the best service from Test Well! They were quick to respond to any questions I had and we're always in touch with me during the process. They made it easy to make the appointment, and even put us on a waiting list if there were any sooner appointments! They are the best, and very nice!
This was great! Convenient setup (just have your insurance card ready), had an appointment an hour out, and I had my test results in 3.5 hours! Lab reports was straightforward, easy to understand, and gave me next steps for my test result. Overall, will be using TestWell for 100% of my future COVID testing needs
The young man that came out to my car to assist me was so kind, and empathetic. He was thorough in his instructions and very kind. I felt awful, I was very sick. He was very professional. I suppose if you have to get tested for Covid it's nice to have a great person to help you. 😊 …
Great experience! Easy to use and great communication. We had the test results in great timing. They were also happy to fill out the additional paperwork we needed for Japan. Highly recommend Test Well as getting the right testing before travel can be stressful.
